For the workforce, SJOIIM offers a wide variety of benefits closely related to the tasks assigned to each committee.The highlights of such benefits are here described.
Support in Medical Services
Our union offers support in medical services. Guadalupe Hospital offers a variety of health services at a much discounted rates for the workforce. In addition, we have worked towards getting agreements with different clinics and individual doctors inside the city in order to offer their services at discounted rates as well.
Recreation Center "Rancho Campestre"
Our organization owns and maintains the recreation center "Rancho Campestre" exclusively for our workforce. The center includes swimming pools for children and adults, aquatic activities, sports fields, equipped playgrounds for children, areas for special events outdoors and a zoo.
Training Centers
In SJOIIM we know that continual improvement in training and education are the key to success. We constantly invest in training programs for the workforce and their family. Every year we actively participate in the building and equipping of new elementary and middle schools. For the adults, we offer courses on new production processes. English courses are offered as well.
Educational Facilities
SJOIIM is concerned with the workforce's family welfare. For that reason, we invest considerable resources in participating in the construction and equipping of new educational facilities in different areas of the city. We believe that offering education to our young generations will bring prosperity to the future of our region.
Promotion of Sports
In order to keep a motivated and healthy workforce, physical exercise and sports play a vital role. SJOIIM organizes on a regular basis a variety of tounaments and other sport events. The Fidel Velazquez Multidisciplinary Gym was built exclusively for our members.
