The Public Housing Services Committee help the affiliates with all matters related to acquiring a new house using INFONAVIT credit granted by the government.

Advice is given to the affiliates in regards to credit, as well as their best options in buying and the alternatives they have in regards to paying back such credit. Lawyers from SJOIIM help protect the affiliates against practices that could put them in unfavorable situations when acquiring a credit.

They advise against credit given by construction companies with very high interest rates that will ultimately hurt the financial status of the affiliates.
