The Organization and Advertising Committee has different functions, such as coordinating the collective wedding campaigns and requesting the state governor to waive payments.

They are committed to the social welfare and worker´s quality of life by taking special care in organizing holiday parties for the affiliates. Mother’s Day and Father´s Day are among the special events organized by the committee. In addition, the committee takes part in political campaigns by promoting the right to vote.
